Ingredients
1 lb good quality plain chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)
4 oz butter
4 tbsp caster sugar
4 oz Nice biscuits
4 oz brazil nuts, chopped
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- Put the butter, chocolate and sugar in a large bowl and
microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, break the biscuits up roughly, place into a
plastic bag, seal and bash with a rolling pin until broken into small pieces.
- When the chocolate has melted, add the biscuits,
cinnamon and brazil nuts and stir until well mixed.
- Line a tin with greaseproof paper or Clingfilm and pour
in the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then remove
from the tray and break into 6-8 pieces.
- Serve.
