Ingredients
4 large fresh nectarines
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp clear honey
8 oz crème fraiche
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180oC / gas mark 4.
- Cut the nectarines in half, remove the stones and arrange cut-side up in a
shallow baking tray with a small know of butter in the cavity of each.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a small jug or bowl and spoon
over the peaches.
- Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and juicy.
- Serve with the crème fraiche.
