Ingredients
4 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp sugar
1 pint milk
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tbsp brandy
4 tbsp single cream
Method
- Put all the ingredients except the nuts and brandy together in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
- Lower the heat and continue to stir until thickened.
- Stir in the brandy and walnuts.
- Serve warm or cold with a drizzle of cream.
