Ingredients
4 haddock fillets, defrosted or fresh
1 large or 2 small onions
6 slices white breadcrumbs
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 tbsp butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 190oC / gas mark 5.
- Place the fish in an ovenproof dish skin side down.
- Peel and chop the onion. Mix the onion, breadcrumbs, lemon juice salt and
pepper together in a bowl.
- Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the fish.
- Melt the butter in the microwave then pour over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve with garden peas and coriander
butter potatoes.
