Ingredients
8 oz frozen scampi
2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
4 flour tortillas
8 tbsp tartare sauce
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200oC / gas mark 6.
- Cook the scampi in the oven according to the instructions on the packet.
- Divide the lettuce between the tortillas and spoon some of the tartare
sauce onto each.
- When the scampi is cooked, divide between the tortillas, roll up into
fajitas and secure with cocktail sticks.
- Serve with American-style thin-cut French fries.
