Ingredients
1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil
½ lb large raw prawns, peeled
2 red chillies, finely chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp dried coriander
¼ pint soured cream
2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
4 flour tortillas
Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan on high and fry the prawns and chillies for
about 2-3 minutes, until the prawns turn pink.
- Add the lime juice, coriander and soured cream and stir well.
- Divide the lettuce between the tortillas and spoon some of the prawns and
sauce onto each.
- Roll up the tortillas with the mixture inside and fold up the ends to form
burritos.
- Serve with green rice.
