Total cooking and preparation time approximately 20 minutes plus marinating

Ingredients
1 lb diced lamb
1 pint bottle French dressing
8 large kebab skewers
2 courgettes, sliced
Method
- Marinate the lamb in the French dressing overnight.
- Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
- Meanwhile, soak the kebab skewers in cold water, then drain.
- Chop the courgette into pieces approximately the same
size as the lamb.
- Place chunks of lamb and courgette slices onto the skewer
alternating between each.
- Grill for 15 minutes under a hot grill turning halfway through cooking.
- Serve with tzatziki, lettuce, tomato and
red onion salad, and plain rice.
