Ingredients
2 large or 4 small lamb steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 tomato
1 tbsp mint sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ tsp clear honey
Method
- Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
- Brush the lamb with the oil, sprinkle with pepper and grill the lamb for
about 5 minutes each side depending on how you like it cooked.
- Meanwhile, chop and deseed the tomato and place in a small bowl.
- Add the mint sauce, garlic and honey and mix until well combined.
- When the lamb is done, serve it with the sauce spooned over the top, with
lemon pepper potatoes and
mixed green salad.
