Ingredients
2 lb minced lamb
1 small or ½ large onion, grated
2 tbsp dried parsley
3 tsp paprika
2 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp salt
8 large kebab skewers
Method
- Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
- Put the lamb, onion, parsley, paprika, chilli, cinnamon and salt into a large bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into eight, compact together tightly using your hands
and form around the skewers.
- Grill for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve with Gem Lettuce leaves and tabbouleh.
