Ingredients
2 large or 4 small lamb steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried rosemary
Method
- Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
- Brush the lamb steaks with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and grill for
about 7 minutes each side.
- Serve with steamed broccoli, honeyed carrots
and garlic mashed
potatoes.
