Ingredients
4 bagels
1 tbsp butter
½ cup watercress
4 large slices wafer thin pastrami
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Method
- Split the bagels in half, toast until golden brown, then butter the inner
sides.
- Arrange watercress on the bottom halves of the bagels then top with the
pastrami.
- Mix the mayonnaise and mustard in a cup or jug.
- Spread the top halves of the bagels with the mustard-mayonnaise mixture
then place on top of the other halves and the fillings.
- Serve.
