Ingredients
4 white pitta breads
1 roasted pepper from a jar, drained
8 oz feta cheese
Method
- Toast the pittas breads lightly.
- Meanwhile, chop the pepper and mix with the cheese in a bowl.
- When the pittas are done, make a cut in one side of each and stuff with the cheese and
pepper mixture.
- Serve.
