Ingredients

4 white pitta breads
1 roasted pepper from a jar, drained
8 oz feta cheese

Method

  1. Toast the pittas breads lightly.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the pepper and mix with the cheese in a bowl.
  3. When the pittas are done, make a cut in one side of each and stuff with the cheese and pepper mixture.
  4. Serve.
