Serves 2

Ingredients

2 large white bread rolls
1 tbsp butter
1 cup grated Red Leicester cheese
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
4 slices cucumber

Method

  1. Cut the bread rolls in half and spread with the butter.
  2. Arrange the lettuce on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  3. Top with the cucumber, then the cheese, tomato and finally the top halves of the rolls.
  4. Serve with good quality potato crisps.
