Ingredients
2 large white bread rolls
1 tbsp butter
1 cup grated Red Leicester cheese
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
4 slices cucumber
Method
- Cut the bread rolls in half and spread with the butter.
- Arrange the lettuce on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Top with the cucumber, then the cheese, tomato and finally the top halves
of the rolls.
- Serve with good quality potato crisps.
