Ingredients

8 fishfingers
4 slices white bread
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high and grill the fishfingers for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
  2. Meanwhile, butter the bread.
  3. When the fishfingers are cooked, divide them between two of the bread slices, drizzle with ketchup, then top with the other slices of bread.
  4. Serve.
