Ingredients
6 white pitta breads
12 oz lamb steak or several smaller steaks
1 cup mixed lettuce leaves
12 tsp tzatziki
Method
- Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
- Toast the pittas breads lightly then set aside.
- Grill the lamb steak for about 5 minutes each side.
- Meanwhile, make a cut in one side of each pitta and stuff with the
lettuce.
- When the lamb steak is done, cut into bite-sized chunks and stuff into the
pittas.
- Spoon two teaspoons of tzatziki into each pittas and serve.
