Serves 2

Ingredients

6 white pitta breads
12 oz lamb steak or several smaller steaks
1 cup mixed lettuce leaves
12 tsp tzatziki

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Toast the pittas breads lightly then set aside.
  3. Grill the lamb steak for about 5 minutes each side.
  4. Meanwhile, make a cut in one side of each pitta and stuff with the lettuce.
  5. When the lamb steak is done, cut into bite-sized chunks and stuff into the pittas.
  6. Spoon two teaspoons of tzatziki into each pittas and serve.
