Ingredients

4 slices thick sliced white bread
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp English mustard
1 handful iceberg lettuce
¼ lb ham, thickly sliced
1 tbsp butter for spreading

Method

  1. Butter the bread.
  2. Spread two of the bread slices with mustard, then top each with lettuce, ham and finally another slice of bread.
  3. Serve with good quality potato crisps.
