Ingredients

4 large boneless kipper fillets
4 thick slices of bread cut from a rustic tin loaf
1 tbsp butter for spreading

Method

  1. Cook the kippers according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Butter the bread.
  3. Serve the kippers with the bread.
