Total cooking and preparation time approximately 10 minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients

2 flour tortillas
2 tbsp tomato purée
½ cup mixed grated red and white cheddar
8 thin slices chorizo sausage

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC / gas mark 6.
  2. Spread the tomato purée evenly over the top of the tortillas, sprinkle on the cheese and top with the chorizo slices.
  3. Cook in the oven for about 8 minutes until the base is crispy.
  4. Cut each pizza into 4 pieces and serve with a few rocket leaves.
