Ingredients
2 flour tortillas
2 tbsp tomato purée
½ cup mixed grated red and white cheddar
8 thin slices chorizo sausage
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200oC / gas mark 6.
- Spread the tomato purée evenly over the top of the tortillas, sprinkle on
the cheese and top with the chorizo slices.
- Cook in the oven for about 8 minutes until the base is crispy.
- Cut each pizza into 4 pieces and serve with a few rocket leaves.
