Ingredients
14 oz tin tuna chunks, drained
12 oz tin sweetcorn, drained
14 oz tin chopped tomatoes
2 tsp chilli powder
8 flour tortillas
1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
Method
- Combine the tuna, sweetcorn, tomatoes and chilli powder in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture between the tortillas.
- Top with lettuce and roll up into a fajita shape.
- Serve.
