Serves 4

Ingredients

14 oz tin tuna chunks, drained
12 oz tin sweetcorn, drained
14 oz tin chopped tomatoes
2 tsp chilli powder
8 flour tortillas
1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped

Method

  1. Combine the tuna, sweetcorn, tomatoes and chilli powder in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture between the tortillas.
  3. Top with lettuce and roll up into a fajita shape.
  4. Serve.
