Ingredients
¼ lb large prawns, cooked and peeled
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp mayonnaise
4 slices wholemeal bread
1 tbsp butter
1 punnet salad cress
Method
- Place the prawns, ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl and toss until well mixed.
- Butter each slice of bread.
- Top two slices of bread with the cress and then prawn mixture.
- Finish by topping with the remaining slices of bread.
- Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve with good quality potato
crisps.
