Ingredients

4 slices thick sliced white bread
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp horseradish sauce
1 handful iceberg lettuce
¼ lb roast beef, sliced

Method

  1. Butter the bread.
  2. Spread two of the bread slices with horseradish sauce, then top each with lettuce, beef and finally another slice of bread.
  3. Serve with good quality potato crisps.
