Ingredients
4 slices thick sliced white bread
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp horseradish sauce
1 handful iceberg lettuce
¼ lb roast beef, sliced
Method
- Butter the bread.
- Spread two of the bread slices with horseradish sauce, then top each with lettuce,
beef and finally another slice of bread.
- Serve with good quality potato crisps.
