Ingredients
4 soft baps
2 tbsp butter
4 pork steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried sage
Method
- Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
- Cut the baps in half, butter and set aside.
- Brush the pork steaks with the oil and sprinkle with the sage.
- Grill for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve on the baps.
