Total cooking and preparation time approximately 20 minutes.

Serves 2

Ingredients

4 soft baps
2 tbsp butter
4 pork steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried sage

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Cut the baps in half, butter and set aside.
  3. Brush the pork steaks with the oil and sprinkle with the sage.
  4. Grill for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Serve on the baps.
