Serves 1

Ingredients

4 rashers unsmoked bacon
4 Cumberland sausages
2 large soft white rolls
1 tbsp butter for spreading
1 tbsp tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting and grill the bacon and sausages for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the sausages have browned and the bacon is slightly crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the rolls in half and spread with butter.
  3. When the sausages and bacon have cooked, cut the sausages in half lengthways, arrange on top of the bottom halves or the rolls and place the bacon on top.
  4. Pour on the ketchup then replace the top halves of the rolls.
  5. Serve.
