Ingredients

4 bagels
8 oz cream cheese
4oz smoked salmon off-cuts

Method

  1. Cut the bagels in half and toast for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Spread one half of each bagel with cream cheese, then top with salmon.
  3. Put the tops back on the bagels and serve.
