Ingredients
14 oz tin tuna chunks
8 oz tin sweetcorn
½ pint jar mayonnaise
8 slices white bread
2 tbsp butter
Method
- Mix the tuna, mayonnaise and sweetcorn in a bowl and set aside.
- Butter the bread.
- Arrange four of the buttered bread slices on a flat surface, butter-side
up, and top with the tuna-mayonnaise mixture.
- Cover with the remaining slices of bread and then cut in half diagonally.
- Serve with good quality potato crisps.
