Total cooking and preparation time approximately 30 minutes.

Serves 2

Ingredients

½ cup self-raising flour
½ tsp salt
4 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp milk

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200oC / gas mark 6.
  2. Put the flour, salt and margarine into a bowl, then mix with your hands until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Add the milk and need lightly to make a firm dough.
  4. Flour the worktop and rolling pin and roll the dough out into a circle approximately 10 inch in diameter.
  5. Add the toppings of your choice (pack the toppings tightly because they will spread out as the pizza expands when cooking).
  6. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with onion rings and coleslaw.
