Ingredients
1 large baking potato
2 tbsp butter
Topping
Method
- Preheat oven to 200oC / gas mark 6.
- Prick the potato all over with a fork.
- Bake in the oven for about an hour, until soft and fluffy on the inside.
- Cut the potato in half, put half the butter onto each half and allow it to
melt.
- Add your favourite topping.
- Serve with lettuce,
tomato and red onion salad.

- Red salmon with lemon and black pepper, topped with crème fraiche and
chives
- Baked beans and mini sausages
- Grated cheddar and coleslaw
- Cottage cheese and spring onions
- Ham and grated cheddar
