Ingredients
2 tsp garlic granules
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp salt
¼ pint white wine vinegar
8 pork chops
Method
- Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
- Mix all the ingredients except the pork chops together in a bowl then rub
the mixture onto the surface
of the chops.
- Leave to marinate for at least 5 minutes.
- Grill for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve with creamed corn and fried
potatoes.
