Ingredients
4 pork steaks
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 oz medium white cheddar
4 tbsp double cream
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200oC / gas mark 6.
- Mix the cream, mustard and cheese together and set aside.
- Place the pork chops in a baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pork steaks from the oven and place a dollop of the mustard
mixture onto each.
- Return to the oven and cook for about another 5 minutes.
- Serve with sugar snap peas and spicy potato wedges.
