Serves 2

Ingredients

4 pork steaks
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 oz medium white cheddar
4 tbsp double cream

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC / gas mark 6.
  2. Mix the cream, mustard and cheese together and set aside.
  3. Place the pork chops in a baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the pork steaks from the oven and place a dollop of the mustard mixture onto each.
  5. Return to the oven and cook for about another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with sugar snap peas and spicy potato wedges.
