Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
½ lb button mushrooms, halved
6 rashers smoked streaky bacon, cut into strips
2 x 14 oz tin macaroni cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp grated parmesan
Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms and bacon for about 5
minutes until the bacon is cooked but not crispy.
- Stir in the macaroni cheese, lemon, paprika and parsley.
- Cook for about
another 3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve with the parmesan sprinkled on top, with crusty bread.
