Ingredients

2 lb baby new potatoes
2 oz butter
1 tbsp dried coriander

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes in slightly salted water for 15-20 minutes until you can push a knife into them easily.
  2. Drain off the water.
  3. Add the butter and coriander, and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Serve.
