Ingredients
2 corn cobs
2 tbsp butter
Method
- Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
- Remove the husk from the corn cobs and discard.
- Trim the ends off the corn cobs and cut into to equal-sized pieces.
- Rub the corn all over with the butter, place in a baking tray and
grill for about five minutes, until starting to blacken very slightly on top.
- Baste with the butter, turn over and grill for about another five minutes
on the other side.
- Serve.
