Ingredients

2 corn cobs
2 tbsp butter

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Remove the husk from the corn cobs and discard.
  3. Trim the ends off the corn cobs and cut into to equal-sized pieces.
  4. Rub the corn all over with the butter, place in a baking tray  and grill for about five minutes, until starting to blacken very slightly on top.
  5. Baste with the butter, turn over and grill for about another five minutes on the other side.
  6. Serve.
