Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
½ red pepper, finely chopped
4 oz cream cheese
12 oz tin sweetcorn
1 tsp garlic granules
½ tsp ginger powder
½ tsp chilli powder
2 tsp dried parsley
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp coarse ground black pepper
Method
- Heat the oil in a saucepan on a high heat and stir-fry the red pepper for
about 2 minutes.
- Add the cream cheese and stir until it has melted.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- Serve.
