Ingredients
3 cups rice
4½ cups chicken stock
4 tsp dried coriander leaves
4 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp salt
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a microwave proof bowl.
- Stir, microwave for 12-13 minutes until the rice has softened, then
leave to stand for a couple of minutes.
- Drain off any excess water, fluff up with a fork and serve.
