8 oz dried tagliatelle
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried coriander
Method
- Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet until al
dente.
- Drain off the water, then add the butter, olive oil and coriander, and toss until evenly coated.
- Serve.
