Ingredients
1½ lb fresh baby carrots
1 tbsp butter
½ tbsp light brown sugar
2 tbsp clear honey
1 tbsp dried parsley
Method
- Cook the carrot in boiling water for 10-15 minutes until tender
crisp, then drain.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over a moderate heat.
- Add the sugar, honey and carrots, and cook for about a minute, stirring
continuously.
- Stir in the parsley.
- Serve.
