Ingredients

¼ iceberg lettuce, chopped
10 cucumber slices
1 punnet cress
1 tbsp French dressing

Method

  1. Arrange the lettuce leaves on the plates.
  2. Top with the cucumber slices and then the cress.
  3. Drizzle with French dressing and serve.
