Ingredients
8 parsnips
3 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp coarse ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200oC / gas mark 6.
- Put the parsnips in a shallow baking dish.
- Add the oil, salt and pepper and toss until well coated.
- Cook in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until golden brown and slightly
crispy.
- Serve.
