20 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 190^oC / gas mark 5.
2. Place the tomatoes in a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
4. Serve.
