Ingredients

2 tbsp sunflower oil
½ lb potatoes, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp salt

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
  2. Add the potato and rosemary, stir to coat in the oil, cover and cook for about 20 minutes, until tender, shaking the pan occasionally to stop them sticking.
  3. Serve.
