Ingredients
2 tbsp sunflower oil
½ lb potatoes, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp salt
Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
- Add the potato and rosemary, stir to coat in the oil, cover and cook for about 20
minutes, until tender, shaking the pan occasionally to stop them sticking.
- Serve.
