Ingredients
1 large bunch asparagus
6 tbsp hollandaise sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp coarse ground black pepper
Method
- Trim the asparagus if necessary.
- Cook in a large saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the hollandaise sauce in the microwave for about a minute.
- Serve the asparagus with the hollandaise sauce spooned over the top, with
soft white rolls.
