Ingredients
6 oz jar guacamole
¼ pint crème fraiche
½ pint cold chicken stock
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp dried coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
Method
- Put the guacamole and crème fraiche into a saucepan n a medium-high heat
and stir to mix well.
- Gradually add the chicken stock, stirring continuously.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients and continue to cook for about another
5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve with folded flour tortillas.
