Serves 2

Ingredients

2 slice white bread
6 thick slices black pudding
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp apple sauce

Method

  1. Toast the bread on both sides until golden brown
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a hot frying pan and fry the black pudding for about a minute each side.
  3. Cut the crusts off the bread, cut into quarters and butter.
  4. Serve the black pudding with the apple sauce spooned over the top, with the toast
