Ingredients
2 slice white bread
6 thick slices black pudding
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp apple sauce
Method
- Toast the bread on both sides until golden brown
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a hot frying pan and fry the black pudding for
about a minute each side.
- Cut the crusts off the bread, cut into quarters and butter.
- Serve the black pudding with the apple sauce spooned over the top, with
the toast
