Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb large peeled prawns, uncooked
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp coarse ground black pepper
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on high.
- Add the garlic and prawns and fry for about 3 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until the prawns turn pink.
- Stir in the chilli, salt and pepper.
- Serve with French bread.
