Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb large peeled prawns, uncooked
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp coarse ground black pepper

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on high.
  2. Add the garlic and prawns and fry for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the prawns turn pink.
  3. Stir in the chilli, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with French bread.
