Total cooking and preparation time approximately 5 minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients

6 potato cakes
6 oz smoked salmon
3tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp chives

Method

  1. Toast the potato cakes for about 2 minutes each side, until slightly crispy on the surface.
  2. Arrange on the plates and top with sour cream.
  3. Cut the salmon into six evenly sized squares and place on top of the potato cakes.
  4. Garnish with the chives and serve.
