Ingredients
6 potato cakes
6 oz smoked salmon
3tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp chives
Method
- Toast the potato cakes for about 2 minutes each side, until slightly
crispy on the surface.
- Arrange on the plates and top with sour cream.
- Cut the salmon into six evenly sized squares and place on top of the
potato cakes.
- Garnish with the chives and serve.
